The Rotam Shani company was established in 1996 by Avi Toriski and Didi (Yehuda) Yedidia, who manage it. The company is traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and is considered one of the most creative and innovative companies in the field of real estate in Israel.

 

Our activity focuses on initiating the planning and construction of residential projects in Israel, through combination transactions, conversions and urban renewal (Pinoy Binui, TMA 38/1 and TMA 38/2), which embody the best improvement potential in 360 degrees: for the landowners, the company and the buyers the apartments.

Our success stems from uncompromising care, on all aspects of the project from the locating and initiation phase, through the planning, marketing, and construction, and ending with managing a long-term relationship with the land owners and buyers.
