Be’eri Street in Tel –  Aviv is a central and dynamic location in the city. It combines a wide variety of businesses and historical buildings and offers easy access to public transportation to all parts of the city.

The project, designed by Tal Azulai Architects, is currently in advanced planning stages.

Another project in which Rotem Shani shows creativity: a new, modern 8-story building will be built (6 floors + two attic floors) as well as a basement floor according to the plan that will be connected to the ground floor apartments for the purpose of building a parking lot and additional service areas.

The building will be built in accordance with the mandatory standard against earthquakes and will include residential secure space for each apartment.
